Description

The Executive Director is appointed by the Board of Directors and is
responsible for managing the organization’s daily activities and
directing the nonprofit to achieve its mission and vision.

He or she should be committed to the mission of The Ladder, which is
showing the love of Christ by reaching back to help people take the
next step on the ladder of their life.

The Ladder is a 501(c)(3) public charity

DUTIES:
1. Oversee overall operations, fundraising, administration, program
implementation
2. Lead and participate in fundraising
3. Set agenda for Board meeting (currently meeting weekly)
4. Ensure compliance with government agencies to maintain good
standing as a 501c3
5. Work with the Board to operate the program, which includes
interviewing potential clients, deciding how best to help them (or
to decline), and implementing the solution (i.e. paying the bill,
coordinating the auto repair, etc.)
6. Organize and maintain administrative records, including board
meeting minutes, government compliance documents,
financials, and client records

Minimim Education Required: High School or Equivalent
Minimum Relevant Experience: 3+ Years
