experienced and driven Nurse Staffing Manager to manage the Birmingham location. Our team is important to us

Responsibilities:
• Communicate and act as an advisor to senior leadership and partners
• Collaborate directly with our Health Care Associates to identify, streamline, and support all initiatives to develop and execute a revenue generating
partnership
• Lead marketing activities to meet quota and strategic company objectives
• Utilize interpersonal experience and team-leadership to build relationships
• Coordinate and lead the team toward success
• Perform analysis and establish new insights for better performance
• Identify, assess and execute performance issues
• Delegate and prioritize tasks and responsibilities for the team to enable development
• Facilitate the hiring process for the company
• Use effective tools to fill positions and conduct interviews
• Review applicant sourcing and make adjustments to plans as needed
• Screen and interview candidates
• Train team members on effective decision making throughout the hiring process
• Ensure that all necessary pre-employment background check requirements are satisfied
• Act as a consultant to the Board of Directors
• Evaluate staffing model, make recommendations and deliver solutions to resolve staffing issues
Compensation Information: $75,000 and based on experience

Minimum Education Required: Bachelors
Required Certifications or Licenses: Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in HR, Psychology or Business (preferred)
• 5+ years of management (preferred in medical field)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in sales and marketing teams
• Highly value working with people and are open and accountable
• Demonstrate success in management
• Comfortable working with stakeholders
• Confident with their skills and who love being part of a team but are also comfortable working asynchronously
• Have a passion for building simple and intuitive solutions to complex problems
• Participation in afterhours meetings and events with Health Care Associates
• Want to make a positive impact
• Pass background and drug test
Minimum Relevant Experience: 5+ Years
