Oasis is a brand wholly owned by the shareholders of ULECx Investment Corporation. This corporation holds ownership stakes in various businesses, an investment fund, stock market shares, cryptocurrency, and real estate, with a combined valuation of approximately $3 million. Our portfolio includes ventures employing over 250 staff, dozens of shareholders, three homes in Cahaba Heights, and land on Messer Airport Highway in Woodlawn, AL, along with several other projects currently underway.

We strategically leverage the profits and influence generated by these assets to support Birmingham nonprofits and other organizations dedicated to preserving our mission: ensuring Birmingham remains one of the most Bible-loving cities in America.

Our Leadership Structure

Our corporate structure is inspired by the model of Berkshire Hathaway and rooted in the Kingdom principles outlined in the Book of Revelation. At the core of this structure:

  • King Shareholder: Martin and Kayla Briggs serve as lead administrators of the corporation.
  • Chief Elder: Andrew Monroe, who serves as the primary advisor to the King Shareholder and represents the collective voice of our shareholders.
  • Three Shareholder Classes:
    • Class A: The King Shareholder.
    • Class B: Elders who play active roles in advising and shaping the corporation’s mission.
    • Class C: The majority of shareholders who contribute to and benefit from the corporation’s success.

Shareholders convene three to four times annually, either in person or via video conference, to review the corporation’s financial performance and discuss its strategic direction.

At Oasis, we believe our calling is not merely a dream but a divine assignment entrusted to us nearly two decades ago: to manage one of the world’s largest and most influential organizations. This mission is only achievable through faith, patience, and unwavering devotion to the Lord.

As Scripture reminds us, “Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit,” says the Lord (Zechariah 4:6). It is through His guidance and grace that we carry out this vision, striving always to align our corporate efforts with His purpose.

At Oasis, we are a community of investors and business leaders united by a single purpose: to use our capital and influence to ensure that Birmingham remains a truly Bible-loving city. As it stands, Birmingham is among the top five most Bible-loving metropolitan areas in the United States—this is why we exist, and this is what we are committed to preserving and strengthening.

To be clear, our foundation is the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation. Across the world, there are nearly 45,000 denominations and religious groups that believe in the Bible, and we recognize the diversity of interpretations within them. Because of this, we do not push a specific religious perspective, nor do we align ourselves with any particular denomination. Even within our shareholder structure, there are varying denominational backgrounds and beliefs.

What unites us is our shared belief in the Bible as the authoritative Word of God and in Yeshua (Jesus) as Lord, King, and the only begotten Son of God—fully God in the flesh. We also acknowledge the Holy Spirit as the divine presence guiding and empowering us. These foundational truths are at the heart of our corporation.

While Oasis is deeply rooted in biblical values, we welcome and embrace business leaders from all denominations and backgrounds who share in our mission. We celebrate diversity and recognize that faith manifests in various ways within the Body of Christ. What matters most to us is a shared commitment to biblical principles and a collective vision to see Birmingham thrive as a city that honors God.

What We Believe

Observance of Biblical Appointed Times

As a corporation, we honor the Moedim (appointed times) as commanded by Adonai in the Torah. These sacred times guide our corporate calendar and serve as reminders of God’s covenant with His people. Our officially recognized holidays include:

  • Spring Festivals:
    • Passover (Pesach)
    • Feast of Unleavened Bread (Chag HaMatzot)
    • Pentecost (Shavuot)
  • Fall Festivals:
    • Feast of Trumpets (Yom Teruah)
    • Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur)
    • Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot)
  • Shabbat:
    • The weekly Sabbath, observed from Friday evening to Saturday evening, in accordance with the Torah.

By structuring our corporation around these biblical principles, we strive to operate in alignment with God’s appointed times, seeking His wisdom, blessing, and direction in all that we do.
