Responsibilities:
• Communicate and act as an advisor to senior leadership and partners
• Collaborate directly with our Health Care Associates to identify, streamline, and support all initiatives to develop and execute a revenue generating partnership
• Lead marketing activities to meet quota and strategic company objectives
• Utilize interpersonal experience and team-leadership to build relationships
• Coordinate and lead the team toward success
• Perform analysis and establish new insights for better performance
• Identify, assess and execute performance issues
• Delegate and prioritize tasks and responsibilities for the team to enable development
• Facilitate the hiring process for the company
• Use effective tools to fill positions and conduct interviews
• Review applicant sourcing and make adjustments to plans as needed
• Screen and interview candidates
• Train team members on effective decision making throughout the hiring process
• Ensure that all necessary pre-employment background check requirements are satisfied
